Penatalaksanaan Endoscopic Dacryocystorhinostomi Pada Dakriostenosis

Latar belakang :Dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) adalah prosedur pilihan untuk obstruksi duktusnasolakrimalis dan dakriosistitis. Dua pendekatan utama yang dapat digunakan adalah pendekatan eksternal melalui sayatan transkutan dan pendekatan endonasal dengan endoskopi.Tingkat kesuksesan endoscopic DCR sebesar 84% sedangkan DCR eksternal sebesar 70%.Keuntungan endoscopic DCR yaitu dapat dilakukan pada dakriosistitisakut, tidak ada luka parut di kulit dan nyeri pasca operasi minimal.
Tujuan:Melaporkan tindakan endoscopic DCR pada pasien dakriostenosisdi RSUP dr. Kariadi. Kasus:Pasien pertama laki-laki dengan mata kiri dakriosistitiskronik dan fistula saccuslakrimalise.cdakriostenosis dan pasien kedua anak dengan dakriostenosisduplek.
Penatalaksanaan:Dilakukan tindakan endoscopic DCR dan pemasangan silicon tube Kesimpulan:TindakanendoscopicDCR memberikanhasil yang baik pada pasien dengan dakriosistitiskronike.cdakriostenosis
