Pengaruh Derajat Oligohidramnion terhadap Kejadian Korioamnionitis pada Ketuban Pecah Dini

Latar Belakang: Korioamnionitis merupakan penyebab terbesar angka kematian ibu. Oligohidramnion merupakan faktor risiko terjadinya korioamnionitis.Kondisi oligohidramnion dapat diukur dengan metode amniotic fluid index (AFI) atau single deepest pocket (SDP) pada pemeriksaan sonogafi.
Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh derajat oligohidramnion terhadap kejadian korioamnionitis pada ketuban pecah dini.
Metode:Penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain belah lintang. Subjek 31 ibu hamil dengan ketuban pecah dini disertai oligohidramnion yang melahirkan di RSUP Dr. Kariadi dan rumah sakit jejaring pendidikan pada Februari – Juni tahun 2017, Kriteria inklusi usia kehamilan ≥ 34 minggu, belum masuk fase aktif inpartu, janin tunggal hidup intra uterin. Subyek dipilih secara consecutive sampling. Identitas subyek, karakteristik obstetri, dan nilai AFI atau SDP dicatat, kulit ketuban diperiksa adanya korioamnionitis secara histopatologis. Analisis data dengan uji chi-square.
Hasil: Didapatkan 91,7% korioamnionitis pada oligohidramnion berat lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan oligohidramnion ringan (78,9%). Nilai p sebesar 0,342.
Kesimpulan: Derajat oligohidramnion tidak berpengaruh terhadap kejadian korioamnionitis pada ketuban pecah dini.
