Perbandingan Efektifitas antara Bantal Pasir dan Arfeband sebagai Penekanan Luka Paska Angiografi Koroner

Latar belakang: Tindakan angiografi koroner, dapat menimbulkan
komplikasi perdarahan dan hematom serta rasa tidak nyaman
pasien. Bantal pasir 2,3 kg selama ini digunakan untuk mencegah
komplikasi dengan cara meletakkannya di atas luka paska
angiografi koroner setelah pencabutan femoral sheath dan
setelah penekanan secara manual selama 20-30 menit. Arfeband
(Arteri Femoral Band) adalah prototipe yang dirancang sebagai
alternatif pengganti bantal pasir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui perbandingan efektifitas antara bantal pasir dan
arfebandsebagai penekan luka paska angiografi koroner terhadap
insiden perdarahan, haematom dan ketidaknyamanan pasien
